They started off slowly online, their heritage being in supplying slots to land-based casinos in Las Vegas, Atlantic City, Macau and around the world. But once they bought Wagerworks back in 2005 in an all cash deal, there has been no stopping them. They now supply some of the biggest slots games there are to casinos like Paddy Power and Virgin. And they are gearing up for an eventual return to the US market once it is fully licenced, with their successful free social slot site Double Down (on Facebook as an app) and other projects.

If you want to play IGT games for real- you will only be able to do so outside of the US (for now- this is changing fast though). Sites like Virgin Casino and Moneygaming Slots offer the full suite of online slots from IGT- the range is not quite as extensive as the land-based range (there’s more than enough games to keep you happy though).
